**Job Description:**
Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for **Inventory & COGS Senior Finance Analyst – Order Management** located in Prague, Czechia.
Contract: Full time limited 2-years contract
**Responsibilities**
+ **Monitor** and **analyze** Sales orders through financial statuses, which went into error due to various reasons (technical, finance, business)
+ **Identify** root causes of repeating issues and **suggest & coordinate** solution
+ **Prepare** monthly overview reports for local finance teams
+ Transit accounts **reconciliation** - investigation and review of issues and guidance of other team members
+ **Coordinate** specific tasks: proforma, cross-company bookings, inventory reconciliation & fixed assets
+ **Review** the processes and **drive improvements** together with standardization
+ **Provide trainings** to analysts & new joiners
+ Act as **source of knowledge** for other team members and departments
+ **Help & support** other team member with transactional duties (invoices, setups..)
+ Participate on **project** related activities (global and local)
+ **Maintain** all related **documents** for the process and update them accordingly including **Compliance** part (Roles & Responsibilities, SOP , work instructions etc.)
**Qualifications/Skills/Experience**
+ Financial/accounting background
+ Minimum one year of experience as Analyst in Finance/IT/project team
+ Proficient level of spoken and written English
+ Strong MS Office skills mainly Excel
+ Organized – good time management & able to set priorities
+ Advanced analytical skills
**Advantages:**

+ Experience working in Shared Service Center
+ Experience with VBA, Power BI, Alteryx tools
+ JDE 8.12 and SQL knowledge
+ Experience with projects and testing
