Responsibilities:
Verify returned products and apply correct reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals)
Ensure all returned product meets temperature guidelines and food safety standards
Process return and adjustment documentation (paper and digital) for inventory and customer invoicing accuracy
Inspect returned product and determine proper disposition (saleable, damage, expired, etc.)
Execute end-of-day reports and investigate any discrepancies
Collaborate with drivers and transportation supervisors to resolve issues, support training, and identify process improvements

Working hours: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Skills:
Ability to handle both physical tasks and clerical responsibilities
Communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working evening shifts and maintaining consistent attendance

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory preferred
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Familiarity with basic temperature guidelines for food products a plus
