Description: **ABOUT THE ROLE** Responsible for supporting Wellford production by purchasing and staging raw materials and overseeing inventory management activities. This role ensures materials are available when needed, helps maintain accurate inventory levels, and supports efficient production operations while minimizing downtime. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING** + Enter in purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP + Create, conduct, and compile cycle counts for raw materials and packaging supplies according to frequency standard. + Conduct weekly counts on non-inventory production supplies + Understand Kanban and check daily + Set up new vendors in SAP + Assist with resolving Open PO and GR/No IR issues + Help maintain SDS’s in 3E website + Assist in stocking office supplies + Assist Champion for Plant Volunteering Efforts + Assist with FIFO of raw materials + Be able to support and back up the Material Coordinator during PTO + Perform Safety task such as checking date on ink bottles, auditing chemicals in plant to make sure that we have an SDS, etc. + Actively participate in 5S to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace + Provide back up to railcar ordering + Understand ISO documents and SDP’s + Any other duties as assigned by management **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Must have 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office or Google + Must be proficient in Excel/Google sheets and google mail + SAP experience preferred or previous experience with business application software + Must be able to multi-task + Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to interface and collaborate with different levels of the organization **WHAT WE OFFER** + Competitive Compensation + Retirement Savings + Medical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance Coverage + Holistic Health & Well-Being Programs + Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for Health and Dependent Care + Vision and other Voluntary Benefits and Discounts + Paid Time Off and Holidays + Paid Parental Leave (Maternity and Paternity) + Educational Assistance Program **BUILDING INCLUSIVE WORKSPACES** At Amrize, there is endless opportunity for you to play your part.
