Description We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join our team in Montgomery, Texas. This contract position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records. No prior inventory experience is required. The role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday from 7-4 and is expected to last 4 weeks. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough inventory counts to ensure accurate tracking of assets. • Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas to optimize accessibility. • Record and update inventory data using tracking systems to maintain accuracy. • Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving inventory issues promptly. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards. • Prepare inventory reports and documentation as needed for management. • Handle inventory items with care to prevent damage or loss. Requirements • Familiarity with inventory tracking and organizational systems is a plus but not required. • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Effective communication skills for reporting and collaboration. • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems preferred. • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures. • Ability to lift and move inventory items as required.
