Core Responsibilities: Perform final quality assurance inspections of Automated External Defibrillators, Automated Resuscitation Machines, batteries, and other devices as needed, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Approve materials throughout each production stage by confirming specifications, conducting visual, mechanical, measurement, and/or functional tests, and rejecting or returning unacceptable materials when necessary. Document inspection results by completing Device History Reports, updating logs, and inputting data into the appropriate quality system database. Monitor and maintain inspection and testing equipment, ensuring proper working order and valid calibration. Actively promote and participate in continuous improvement processes within the organization. Exemplify company values by demonstrating integrity, passion, ownership, and innovation in day-to-day responsibilities. Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including FDA regulations, Quality Systems Regulations, safety regulations, and other documentation requirements. Qualifications / Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Previous experience in quality control review and inspections (or a related field) is highly preferred. Proficient in computers, with knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to quickly learn new software programs. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Reliable work ethic and demonstrated dependability. Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments based on customer needs and willingness to work overtime as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary software systems. • Familiarity with quality system inspection techniques (QSIT). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Comfortable working in an assembly line environment. • Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.
