Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Hawthorne, California. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in managing inventory processes, assisting with varies warehouse duties, and supporting production needs. Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability. • Conduct regular inventory tracking and reporting to support operational needs. • Assist with asset inventory management, including tagging and cataloging items. • Perform annual physical inventory checks to verify stock accuracy. • Collaborate with assembly line teams to ensure timely availability of required materials. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records to maintain consistency. • Support the implementation of efficient inventory management practices. • Prepare documentation and reports related to inventory audits and adjustments. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory handling. Requirements • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and processes. • Ability to work collaboratively with assembly line teams and other departments. • Basic knowledge of asset inventory management. • Experience conducting physical inventory checks is a plus. • Effective communication skills for reporting and resolving inventory issues. • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
