Job Title: Temporary Inventory Clerk (Contract – 4 Weeks)
Location: Onsite – Near Bristol, PA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (or 5:00 PM)
Start Date: Tuesday, June 15, 2025
Duration: 4 Weeks
Type: Temporary Contract Position
***Please note, this position requires you to be on your feet all day (except for your lunch break).*** You will be counting small bits/screws/parts in the inventory cage of the manufacturing warehouse.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk for a 4-week temporary assignment at our manufacturing facility located near Bristol, Pennsylvania. This is a fully onsite role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Maintain inventory records and update inventory management systems
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Label, organize, and store inventory in the appropriate locations
Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
Communicate with warehouse and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Operate basic inventory tools and equipment (RF scanners, barcode readers, etc.)

Requirements
Prior experience in inventory or warehouse roles preferred but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift (no more than 20lb) for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
Must be able to commit to the full 4-week assignment
