Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Pacific, Missouri. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing inventory processes and ensuring accuracy across all tracking systems. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all asset data is up-to-date. • Monitor and track inventory levels across assembly lines to prevent shortages or overstocking. • Conduct annual physical inventory audits and document findings. • Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory tracking procedures. • Verify incoming shipments and reconcile them against purchase orders. • Prepare detailed reports on inventory activities and discrepancies. • Support efforts to optimize inventory management systems and processes. • Assist in organizing and labeling stock for efficient retrieval. • Identify and address issues related to inventory discrepancies proactively. Requirements • Proven experience in inventory tracking and management. • Familiarity with assembly line processes and inventory control. • Ability to conduct physical inventory checks with precision. • Strong organizational and data entry skills. • Proficiency in inventory management software or systems. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus.
