Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas, on a Contract-to-Permanent basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in meeting production floor needs, maintaining stockroom supplies, and tracking inventory levels. This position also involves providing support to the Stockroom and Shipping Departments as required. Responsibilities: • Pull and prepare sub-assembly jobs to ensure production efficiency. • Replenish stockroom shelves to maintain adequate inventory levels. • Process incoming jobs received from the production floor. • Assist employees by providing products requested at the stockroom door. • Accurately count inventory items on a repetitive basis to ensure precise tracking. • Place orders for indirect supplies as needed to support operational requirements. • Collaborate with the Shipping Department to support outgoing shipments. • Maintain organized records of inventory transactions and stockroom activities. Requirements • Proficiency in inventory management software such as ERP or Cerner Technologies. • Familiarity with tools like ADP Financial Services and Epic Software. • Ability to perform clerical duties, including auditing and creating charts or graphs. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate counting. • Experience with answering inbound calls and providing customer service. • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and departments.
