Description We are looking for a dedicated Pantry Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in San Mateo, California. This role involves managing inventory, organizing products, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and willing to work in diverse environments. Responsibilities: • Track and record incoming inventory to ensure accurate documentation. • Pack and unpack boxes efficiently while maintaining product integrity. • Reorganize existing products based on supervisor requests or inventory needs. • Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including preparing items for shipment. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency. • Safely handle and lift items weighing up to 20 pounds. • Work effectively in varied environments, including warehouses and outdoor tents. Requirements • Prior experience with warehouse duties is preferred but not required. • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 pounds. • Comfortable working in diverse environments, such as warehouses or outdoor setups. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities. • Basic knowledge of pick-and-pack processes. • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
