Job Function:  

Perform order fulfillment requests for technicians and log returns to Colorado

Responsibilities:

Works the inventory request shared inbox for tech orders, pulling equip from proper shelves, recording serial and tracking numbers, preparing packing slips Returns from subs and technicians, logs equipment on receiving log, puts equipment in proper bins for refurbishing and maintain records of returned devicesShips misc. accessories to Broomall, ships some of the LL returns to SCWorks the mailout shared box printing WOs for return box requests Makes boxes and paperwork packets for the regional office direct shipments/tech orders/SCAN/AlignmentIf time permits, refurbs equip/accessoriesApproves and ships installer inventory orders based on demand and inventory levelsAssist in physically moving incoming items to designated storage areas Perform other assigned duties and tasks necessary

Qualifications:

Able to stand for more than 1 hour continuously, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, and tolerate use and exposure to household cleaning productsExceptional written and verbal communication skills and customer serviceKnowledge of MS, Internet, and web toolsSkilled at work organization, prioritization, and problem solvingWilling to work alone and with a teamAbility and flexibility to work under deadlinesAbility to accept direction, positively respond to urgent task requests, and ability to prioritize multiple projectsPrevious inventory experience helpful
