The expected salary range for this position is $78,220.00 - $91,894.40. Overview

Compassion is looking for an Inventory Analyst III to contribute to strategic ministry growth planning through modeling and analysis. This seasoned analyst will work with both data and people globally to plan well for global marketing needs, while balancing ministry goals. We are looking for someone who is passionate about modeling and forecasting, leading global discussions, and data analysts. Additionally, this analyst will love to create and improve on business processes, be eager to learn, and be challenged to think differently and grow. What will you do?

Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understand Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.

Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.

Assimilate global marketing forecast or registration processes to ensure plans align with strategy and goals. This may be accomplished in cooperation with junior team members and specialists in other areas.

Network with various stakeholders to coordinate sponsorship availability needs, timing, and capacity constraints. Includes negotiation on total supply and demand issues, as well as custom orders, field office affinities and lock period exceptions.

Analyze, coordinate, and adjust the sponsorship demand plan and beneficiary requirements, ensuring the right balance of children and sponsors to achieve superior child ministry strategies.

Cooperate with other key stakeholders to develop and communicate plans, and monitor performance against the plan and adjust forecast modeling and workflow processes as necessary.

Participate as a key member on teams that create and implement plans for effective and efficient registrations.

May coach and provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the sponsorship planning discipline.

 What do you bring?

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline

Seven years' professional experience working in inventory management or similar field.

Experience with Tableau and familiarity with SQL preferred.

Certified in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and S&OP from the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning preferred.

Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above.
