Description We are looking for a meticulous Inventory Analyst to join our team in Longwood, Florida. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse staff. Responsibilities: • Reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Conduct inventory cycle counts and provide detailed reports. • Post inventory adjustments related to work orders to maintain up-to-date records. • Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline inventory processes and address any issues. • Utilize Sage Accounting Software and SAP to manage inventory data and transactions. • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory activities and adjustments. • Support light accounting tasks as part of inventory-related processes. • Monitor inventory levels and notify relevant teams of any critical shortages. • Identify opportunities for improving inventory management procedures. Requirements • Proven experience in inventory management or similar roles. • Proficiency in Sage Accounting Software or SAP systems a plus. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to reconcile inventory data and identify discrepancies. • Familiarity with inventory cycle counting processes. • Solid understanding of work order adjustments and related inventory tasks. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with warehouse teams. • Basic knowledge of accounting principles related to inventory processes.
