Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Ramsey, New Jersey. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to ensure inventory compliance and customer safety by verifying and managing product serial numbers. The role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel expertise who are eager to contribute to a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: • Verify and confirm product serial numbers for inventory, customer orders, and customer returns to ensure compliance. • Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly address any discrepancies. • Collaborate with the team to enhance inventory management processes and ensure compliance with industry regulations. • Utilize Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs, to analyze and report inventory data. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and management to resolve inventory-related issues. • Support auditing processes by providing accurate and timely inventory information. • Assist in ensuring all inventory activities align with customer safety and regulatory requirements. • Work closely with the department manager to meet operational goals and deadlines. • Provide insights and recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUPs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain logistics. • Knowledge of auditing and compliance practices. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. • Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
