Job Description
This position manages service part inventory for medium and slow-moving parts to ensure appropriate inventory levels while maintaining a high service level to our dealer network. The role involves total coordination of these parts, which includes forecasting, order projection, order placement, supplier expediting, and reporting. Data analysis is required to identify part issues or trends that need to be addressed. Participation in special projects is also part of the role.
ResponsibilitiesConduct demand forecasting, inventory control, and ordering of service replacement parts while maintaining months of supply within set KPI targets.Expedite supplier delivery to improve inventory conditions, recover stock outs, and maintain service level within set KPI targets.Assist with special projects as needed.Essential SkillsStrong computer skills, especially in MS Excel.Strong math and analytical skills.Experience in inventory control, cycle counts, data entry, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and material handling.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with SAP and ERP systems.Customer service skills.BA / BS preferred in related areas such as supply chain or business administration.Work Environment
The position is onsite, requiring active participation in inventory management and coordination tasks.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
