Description We are looking for a detail-oriented PART-TIME Inventory Analyst to join our team in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. This is a Contract-to-permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your analytical skills and contribute to the efficient management of inventory processes. If you are highly proficient in Excel and have experience with inventory systems, we encourage you to apply. Hours are flexile - 3-4 days or a week partial hours M-F. Expected to be around 24-30 hours a week. Responsibilities: • Analyze and reconcile inventory data against accounting records to ensure accuracy. • Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as formulas and data sorting, to support reporting and analysis. • Prepare basic inventory reports to assist in decision-making processes. • Investigate discrepancies in inventory records and recommend solutions. • Collaborate with team members to improve inventory tracking and management processes. • Work within inventory systems to monitor stock levels and update records as necessary. • Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with established inventory procedures. • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing inventory operations. Requirements • High school diploma or associate degree required. • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including formulas and data sorting. • Prior experience with inventory systems is highly desirable. • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. • Familiarity with basic reporting tools and techniques.
