Effective asset management is an integral piece of Brandt’s continued growth. Managing assets to meet Brandt sales goals, and financial control metrics will be key to future success. The Inventory Analyst is charged with maintaining Brandt’s Estimate To Cash (ETC) data inputs and reporting tools to enable effective inventory planning that includes allocation of inventory and accurate order timing.
Reporting to the Wholegoods Inventory Manager, the Inventory Analyst will be the lead to gather and report on key ETC inputs such as sales forecasts, order lead times, and historic data.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide and maintain key data sets that allow effective order allocation of inventory to Brandt regions and divisions. Accountable for analysis on stocking logic metrics and reporting of both overages and deficiencies to management teams of all dealerships. Will work directly with Brandt Operations and Sales teams on both forecasting and allocations of inventory. Provide new order configuration to Sales leadership for review and approval. Provide new order data to Brandt Finance teams for financial planning. Provide order data to regional Order Fulfillment coordinators, PDI teams, and Logistics group on new allocated orders. Maintain and develop Brandt ETC system. Maintain the manufacturer’s ETC systems for target stock and sales forecast data. Maintain the tracking and analysis tools used in asset configuration tracking. Provide guidance and communication to sales leadership and operations teams. Other duties as assigned.#LI-onsite
