About the role.

This position is responsible for the execution of the ANZ inventory policy, strategy and the systems that underpin it. The primary requirement is the accuracy of the data that drives our physical and logical stock balances. The role will cover all ‘plants’ across the ANZ region and their related activities as defined by the line manager and the Supply Chain Operations manager.

This role can be based in one of our McCain locations including: Ballarat AU, Melbourne AU, Auckland NZ, Hastings NZ, or Timaru NZ.

What you’ll be doing.

·        Investigate and resolve inbound/outbound, shipping, batch, and EDI errors with stakeholders

·        Manage WNS team performance, ensuring timely & correct inventory adjustments and error resolution

·        Provide regular reporting, insights, and maintain documentation for inventory processes

·        Strong governance, time management, and attention to detail

·        4+ years’ experience in Frozen Food or FMCG, with deep inventory management expertise

·        Advanced Microsoft Suite skills: Power BI experience desirable
