Role Definition
Checks, stores and tracks incoming and outgoing inventory items.
Responsibilities
+ The Inventory Analyst is responsible for the overall planning and managing of the facility’s IRA program and assisting with the Corporate IDA program.
+ The Inventory Analyst is also responsible for IRA metric compilation and reporting to senior management on a monthly basis.
+ Inventory Analyst is responsible for taking proactive steps to improve inventory records accuracy, drive issue ownership and escalation, etc.
+ Perform as a liaison for Supply Chain SOX audit, understand the requirement of SOX risk and control matrix to ensure it is align with corporate principles
+ Responsible for Supply Chian Next Gen indirect procurement, order placement, incoming tracking, receipt confirmation.
+ Lead regularly internal audits and inventory check activities, and take actions to address potential broken processes to ensure it is fully align with the compliance requirement.

Inventory Management - MFG: Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management; ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.

• Devises standard inventory management benchmarks to improve the processes.
• Provides guidance on inventory management for a specific product group or location.
• Applies systems and processes to identify and coordinate inventory requirements; resolves conflicts.
• Coordinates daily work of inventory management for different locations within a facility or a supply network.
• Reviews reports used for inventory management to find out related problems.
Materials Handling and Management: Knowledge of material handling and management in plants; ability to perform, monitor and improve processes related to storage, transportation and handling of raw and hazardous materials.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Assists in the responding of and dealing with emergency issues related in materials handling.
• Works with the packaging and storage of inbound or outbound materials.
• Performs the packing, shipping, identifying and transporting of materials.
• Explains key environmental issues for handling hazardous goods.
• Follows procedures to handle hazardous materials, hazardous substances and pollutants.
