Job Title: Inventory Analyst Job Purpose: Working independently, this position is responsible the accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review and analysis. Responsible for Excess and Obsolete Inventory Control functions in multi-product and multi-site global business environment. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities: Report inventory status, changes and movement. Provide E&O analysis on required basis. Compile consumption reports for costumers and coordinate internally on closing all loops. Establish a familiarity to all customer accounts in department and be able to provide them with accurate, effective, and timely support and coverage. Prepare all documents required in a format, concise, understandable format and provide justification and approvals. Ability to apply principal of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of information in technical, mathematical, and diagrammatic and database applications. Inventory Analysis, Tracking & Projections Creating Management Reports Key KPI to run, coordinate and formulate the performances I/O Crunching Inventory weekly and Tracking Utilize a mix of analytic methods and statistical tools to drive operational strategies, measure operational performance, and develop new KPIs. Mine complex and extensive databases for new information. Work with fellow team members and other departments to develop, improve and automate reporting that drives action. Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members. Support leadership meetings with data, prepare and present findings to process owners and senior management, facilitate development and prioritization of key improvement projects. Through data analysis, maintain and drive for department and organizational goals and objectives. Develop optimization strategies including scorecards, capacity modeling, slotting logic, demand and workflow analysis, and performance management. Collaborate effectively with partners departments to increase efficiency, meet business objectives, and provide superior customer service. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in after market services and distribution centers industry Strong experience with databases, query/reporting tools is required. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work to effectively perform assigned tasks in a timely manner on a highly versatile and under pressure environment is a must. Strong interpersonal skills, independent problem resolution and the ability to manage the requirements of others not directly supervised. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines. Strong communication skills, to be able to present complex data analysis to both, internal and external customers Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment. Solid proficiency in MS office which must include Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Previous warehouse experience, on an active coordination role is a plus Experience with tableau, SQL and other advanced data modeling tools and software is a plus Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer Salary Range(annual): $73,000 - $85,000 . Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
