Position:Inventory Accounting Analyst (Junior / Mid / Senior)

Job Description:

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow? 

Analyzing cost and inventory levels using your own initiativeProcessing journalsAccounts reconciliationPreparing meaningful account analysis and corresponding documentationWorking independently to reconcile and report all inventory related GL accounts at period endsWorking in close collaboration with internal and external auditorsMonitor and ensure that data is factual and correct for IT and workflow processesActive cooperation with other departmentsEscalation of issues to supervisor or managerAd hoc complex problem solving

What Are We Looking For? 

General knowledge of accounting, payables and receivables transactionsAccuracy of data entryReconciliation and data manipulationGood knowledge of MS Excel and data manipulationGood communication skills and team workGood time management and prioritization skillsEffective resolution of issues and differencesHighly numerate and methodical working style
