**Now Hiring: Logistics Inventory Clerk – 2nd Shift | $21.50/hour**
**LSI Staffing** is now hiring for a **Logistics Inventory Clerk** at a growing logistics company in **Blue Springs, MO** !
This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity offering **stable hours** , **competitive pay** , and long-term potential in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.

**Pay & Schedule:**
+ **Pay:** $21.50/hour
+ **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
+ **Type:** Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform **accurate cycle counts** and update inventory records
+ Reconcile overages and shortages
+ Use WMS and **Microsoft Office 365** for data entry and inventory tracking
+ Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings
+ Operate **forklifts** , **RF scan guns** , and **case pickers** (preferred)
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
+ Work independently while managing multiple tasks
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ **Minimum 2 years** of experience in **inventory control or warehouse logistics**
+ Proven experience in **warehouse shipping/receiving** and cycle counting
+ **Forklift operation experience required**
+ Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Office 365**
+ Familiarity with **WMS or inventory systems**
+ Detail-oriented with strong math and organizational skills
+ Ability to work both **independently** and as part of a team
+ **Bilingual** skills are a plus
+ Strong and consistent **work history** is a must
