Cognizant is seeking an Intune Analyst for a remote role. All candidates must be located in the United States and have valid work authorization. We will not be able to offer visa sponsorships. The salary range for this role is between $55,000 and $62,000 depending on the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted until 05/07/2025. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and a customer-centric approach. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth IT operations and end-user satisfaction especially during peak periods. **Job Responsibilities** + Monitor and analyze events related to endpoints using Microsoft Defender for Endpoints + Identify gaps in endpoints and develop mitigation measures. + Collaborate with other teams to effectively assess, escalate and remediate incidents. + Continuously evolve endpoint security policies and procedures based on current threats and best practices. + Prepare endpoint posture reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders. + Work on Intune policies **Qualifications:** + Education in IT, computer science, cybersecurity or related fields preferred. + Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software management, and system reliability. + Experience with data governance, reporting, and compliance. + Strong communication and leadership skills to provide direction to technical and non-technical personnel. + Exceptional written and oral communication skills. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. + Experience working for a clinical trial organization is an asset.
