Your new role

As Intralogistics & Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the team's capabilities and supporting timely project execution. You will build up and lead your own team, providing guidance, ensuring high standards of operational performance and driving improvements across processes.

 

Your Responsibilities will Include:

Build, lead and develop your team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability through process optimization and technology. Share best practices with relevant stakeholders. Lead processes within logistics and supply across the whole production facility, involving relevant stakeholders internally and externally timely, to secure smooth and robust planning and communication. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, exemplifying NN WAY behaviors and principles. Set team goals, oversee performance evaluations, and manage recruitment, competencies, and training plans aligned with project schedules and operational needs. Oversee distribution and logistics operations for timely and cost-effective product production support. Implement warehouse strategy aligned with NN and Program standards, driving initiatives to enhance sustainability and resilience, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and commercial standards and maintaining high operational quality. Manage HR-related processes, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and training development. Approve team-related administrative tasks, including overtime, expense reports, and manage necessary reporting in HR systems

Within CMC & Product Supply sits Novo Nordisk Fill & Finish Expansion department, where we are revolutionizing the landscape of pharmaceutical production in Denmark by establishing a cutting-edge production site in Odense. This presents an exciting opportunity to join a team that is building a brand-new facility from the ground up. As Novo Nordisk's first manufacturing site in Fyn, it will play an essential role in enhancing our capacity to meet market demands and provide life-saving medicines for rare diseases.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Relevant education and/or 3-5 years experience within warehouse management Proven experience in warehouse environment within preferably pharmaceutical production Strong understanding of quality management, GMP, and LEAN principles Ability to build effective teams, coach them and develop team members while setting challenging goals for improvement Fluent English oral and written
