Job Description As a Test Lead, you will spearhead the testing initiatives for our Connected Experience Platform, driving a culture of quality through automation and continuous integration. You will develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for mobile iOS/Android applications, React Native apps, and backend APIs. Your role will involve leading a team of testers in executing unit, integration, and end-to-end (EE) testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also focus on leveraging automation tools and frameworks like Roboto to optimize test processes, enhance test coverage, and reduce manual testing efforts. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will ensure that testing is integrated into the development lifecycle, enabling quick feedback loops and promoting agile methodologies. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and continuous integration. Proven experience in developing testing strategies for mobile iOS/Android applications and backend APls. Strong knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies. Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Roboto). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCi) and practices. Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso) and web testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress). Working experience in the fields of Software as a Medical Device.
