Job Description Our client offers a consumer-controlled health data platform that gives your users a simple way to connect and share their health data with your health business, platform, or application. Our business customers (both health enterprises & start-ups) use our product to build and deliver consumer-centric health apps and services. Our client is seeking a Full-Stack developer who will be joining their Data Engineering team. Overview: looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead development of innovative solutions that transform complex clinical data into actional insights for our customers. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive technical excellence for and adoption of a clinical data product platform, while being able to collaborate with a cross-functional team, as well as Product, Design, and Data partners. Opportunity: you will have the opportunity to architect and lead solutions for high impact features while helping establish the use of AI tools to enhance engineering productivity. You will help empower other engineers to better build and maintain products that best leverage data to tell the right stories for customer use cases. Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications: o 5+ years with a track record of leading complex projects o Self-starter and ability to drive impact with minimal high level direction o Expert programming skills in React and Javascript/Typescript o Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) o Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) o Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, and data-intensive systems (distributed datastores, data warehouses/lakes, big data processing that handles structured datasets) Technical Skills: o Frontend: Javascript/Typescript, React, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, mobile (react native, progressive web apps, native mobile) o Backend: API and database design/optimization, data modelling, microservice architectures, data security and privacy o Data: Apache Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Databricks, Looker o Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP o Automation: Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Github Actions o Monitoring: Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch Preferred Qualifications o Experience with HIPAA or other compliance-heavy industries o Background in data and analytics o Native mobile app experience (iOS & Android) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
