Job Description Design, build and implement scalable and robust ServiceNow architecture solutions and enhance existing features.  Develop custom integrations and facilitate seamless data exchange between ServiceNow, JIRA and other systems.  Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using various integration methods (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).  Write and maintain custom scripts in JavaScript, GlideScript, Groovy and other scripting languages supported by ServiceNow and JIRA.  Implement automated workflows and processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.  Develop detailed technical specifications and design documents.
