Job Description Insight Global is looking to hire a Digital & IT Analyst for one of largest 250 clients located in Germany. As a Digital & IT Analyst, you will support and enhance IT systems, with a focus on SAP Business One (SBO), driving operational efficiency and digital transformation. 1. System Analysis & Improvement Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and recommend enhancements. Configure and optimize SAP Business One modules (finance, inventory, sales, purchasing) to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve IT infrastructure and data flow. Monitor system integrations and troubleshoot issues to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide technical expertise and detailed task breakdowns for system upgrades and process improvements. 2. Operations & Support Ensure smooth daily IT operations and act as the main point of contact for external service providers. Support business users with system issues, configurations, and enhancements. Assist with data migration and integration between SBO and other platforms. Translate business requirements into effective system solutions. Maintain system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and support. Provide occasional off-hours technical support when needed. 3. Project Leadership & Management Lead or co-lead IT and digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Serve as a bridge between IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and resources. Organize and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regional SBO initiatives. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations with a strong focus on SAP Business One (SBO). Proven experience in configuring and customizing SBO within financial, inventory, sales, and purchasing modules. Experience analyzing and optimizing IT systems and business processes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills will be working with internal and external stakeholders and regional teams. Experience supporting end users and conducting training sessions. Basic knowledge of SQL. Experience with ticketing management systems, ServiceNow preferred. Agile methodology. Manufacturing industry experience.
