**This position is eligible for a sign on bonus; up to $10,000!**

Responsibilities:

Administer contrast according to protocols under proceduralist’s direction Demonstrate proper positioning and radiographic techniques for interventional procedures. Ensure correct patient preparation, equipment operation, and patient monitoring. Identify patients using two identifiers and follow universal protocol during procedures. Review patient history and physician orders, applying departmental protocols for optimal data acquisition. Document patient history in electronic records as required. Maintain aseptic technique and patient safety, incorporating a time-out process. Communicate instructions clearly to patients, explaining procedures to alleviate fears and gain cooperation. Code and track exams through RIS system, network exams to ISITE for archiving and interpretation, and enter charges for performed exams. Interact effectively with patients and co-workers, displaying care, listening, dignity, and respect; support other departments with general radiographic procedures as needed.

Shifts: This position is Monday-Friday, but can be on-call for evenings and weekends. The shifts are: 7a-3p, 7:30a-3:30p ,8a-4p, 8:30a-4:30p, 9a-5p
