Short DescriptionThis job is responsible for the efficient management of all IRB functions to assure protection of Human subjects. The Manager represents the IRB both within and outside the Cooper Health System. The Manager serves as the Human Protections Administrator (HPA) on the Cooper federal wide assurance (FWA) with the HHS Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP). The HPA is responsible for assuring compliance of the institution with FDA and HHS regulations and is responsible for updating the FWA and IRB registration with FDA and HHS and for implementing institutional agreements.
Experience Required 3-5 years' experience preferred Education Requirements High School / GED required License/Certification Requirements Certification/Licensure Interpreter/Translator Certificate and/or Certificate of Competency from an approved Interpreter/Translator training program preferred Special Requirements Open to obtaining certification as employee of CUHC.
