What you can expect:

\nSupport the implementation of strategic initiatives within our global IT\nHelp prepare decision-making materials and management presentations for key stakeholders\nAssist in structuring and communicating complex topics related to IT strategy, transformation roadmaps, and change management\nContribute to the design and facilitation of workshops, stakeholder formats, and internal alignment sessions\nTake ownership of specific tasks in cross-functional projects – from research and documentation to coordination and follow-up\nSupport change management activities that help teams understand, engage with, and adopt strategic changes\n

 

Your profile:

\nYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (from the 3rd semester onwards) or a Master's degree – ideally in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Media and Communication, Digital Business or a related field\nYou have a strong interest in IT strategy, organizational transformation, and change management\nYou are analytical, structured, and able to translate complex information into clear messages\nYou bring strong communication skills and enjoy working in cross-functional teams\nYou are proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently on assigned tasks\nIdeally you communicate fluently in German and English (minimum B2 level).\n\n
