Job DescriptionAssist in preparing simple sales quotations and basic proposalsSupport with invoice preparation and ensuring billing accuracyMaintain and update client contact lists and recordsCoordinate with the lab team for sample collection schedules and report deliveryAssist with client communication (e.g., follow-up emails or calls)Organize and manage administrative documents (filing, printing, scanning)Assist in document delivery or light errands when necessary

QualificationsDiploma or Degree currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Good communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learnNo transport issues (able to commute to office or attend tasks as needed)Able to commit to an internship period of [insert duration, e.g., 3–6 months]
