The Project Manager will plan, direct and ensure the successful outcome of projects utilizing the assigned project teams, as well as standards, practices, and toolsets established within Flowserve.
P.M. will be main point of contact for the Customer and will manage proactively all Project stakeholders, either internal and external ones; She/he will coordinate the Project team, identifying issues and promptly deploying strategies to manage them.

As junior candidate, you will be assigned to a senior P.M., having the chance to enhance your skills and learn new ones both by training on the job and dedicated training classes.
 

Responsibilities

Your main accountabilities as Project Manager will be:

Manage projects by implementing Project Management practices set by Corporate PMOEnsure on time delivery, completeness of scope of supply and Customer satisfaction.Be responsible for project budget review and cost control. Ensure Contract marginality is met and possibly improved.Maximize Customer Change OrdersLiaise with other Flowserve functions (Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering…) making sure all project phases (engineering, procurement, manufacturing and shipment) are carried out on time and on budget.Cooperate with Quality Dept. ensuring that Project quality requirements are metTimely report Project progress to senior management (also attending periodical Corporate project review meetings)

Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or administrationExcellent oral and written communication skills, both Italian and EnglishKnowledge of MS Office suite and MS ProjectAttitude to teamworkAttitude to problem solving
