Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the PM Excellence Manager to support the design and delivery of training programs. Moreover you will work on community engagement strategies and digital content creation. You will gain hands-on experience in internal communications, learning technologies, and community management in a dynamic, international environment
This role is contributing to the Electrification, ELSP Division.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Training Operations Support: Assist in the planning, logistics, and coordination of both virtual and face-to-face training sessions for Product Managers and Product Owners.
Community Engagement: Contribute ideas and content to engage a global Product Management community (600 people), including newsletters, engagement prompts, and best practice sharing.
Content Creation: Help design e-learning modules and create short promotional videos or “product pills” to highlight key topics and tools. Contribute to the creation of new learning materials with a strong focus on the application of Artificial Intelligence in Product Management
Platform Management: Support the maintenance and enrichment of our content repository, ensuring materials are up-to-date and accessible.
Innovation & Brainstorming: Collaborate on new ways to promote learning and community interaction, especially in virtual settings.
Qualifications for the role
Recent graduate or final-year student in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Economics with a focus on Marketing, or Engineering with a strong interest in communication and digital learning.
Strong interest in communication, digital learning, and community building within a product management context.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Familiarity with Viva Engage, Power Automate and Power BI is a plus
Comfortable using a variety of digital tools such as generative AI platforms, content management systems (e.g SharePoint), and video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate) is a plus.
Familiarity with professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, especially for content sharing, community interaction, and trend monitoring.
Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
English: fluent spoken and written (daily use).
