Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor. **Your challenges** As RDQI Intern, you will report to a Meals Brand Value Senior Group Leader and will support the Meals Brand Value Team in the following tasks: + Manage specific project from conception to results presentation within the Meals Category + Gain hands-on experience in our factory and in leading technical assessments of Cheese & Grocery products (e.g. quantitative & qualitative) + Contribute to the development of new processes and formulas for the Meals Category + Work together with experienced technical experts and learn about innovative food processing technologies directly from top developers in the Meals Category **Qualifications** + Studying Food Technology/Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, with a strong academic record. + Familiar with statistical data analysis + Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish, other European languages are an advantage (German) + Previous internship/job experience valued + International experience/profile valued (ex. Erasmus) + Well-organized, team oriented and enthusiastic about working with an international team + Proactive, self-motivated and able to work with high degree of autonomy + Drive for Results, planning and Priority Setting We offer you a total immersion in the plant , with specifics goals, training and feedback along your internship.
