Internship - Marketing & Trade Marketing Nordics & Baltics 

 

An internship at HEINEKEN EMEA Export & Global Duty Free, based in Amsterdam, offers a chance to work in an international and dynamic environment within the team responsible for the Nordics & Baltics region. In the role of intern in the Nordics & Baltics business unit you will support on various Marketing and Trade Marketing projects across the Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway) and Baltics. This is a hands-on role where you will be in touch with internal stakeholders and external partners. Your work will span creating market reports, organizing events, partner communications, evaluating media campaigns and the roll-out of point of sales materials of Heineken, Birra Moretti and Sol. You will report into the Trade Marketing Manager and you will also work closely with the Brand Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for creating market reports that include brand, Horeca, Retail insights and competition activities. Share insights and learnings with the business unit. Support brand management with the evaluation of multiple media campaigns Strategy and execution of visibility across touchpoints in Horeca and retail. You are responsible for all point of sales material that goes towards our partners Create price ladders to analyse opportunities for pack and price across our portfolio of brands and packs Organize partner visits in Amsterdam and support on the organisation of a partner conference abroad Support on the future strategy of our Cider portfolio in the Nordics

The unique you!

WO eduction, preferably in the final year of your Bachelor or a Master’s student Passion for the commercial field and interested in understanding consumer trends and (Trade)Marketing Organized and pro-active: you thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities and able to manage competing priorities. You are eager to take ownership of your projects. Strong communication skills: you easily connect with internal colleagues and external partners

 

The terms of employment

Your starting date is 8 September 2025 The internship is fulltime The duration of the internship is for 5 to 6 months It is a practice-oriented internship You will be based in Amsterdam During your internship, you have the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime) If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed

 

 

Conditions of HEINEKEN

You are enrolled at an educational institution. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution, from which we receive proof of enrollment for the current academic year from you. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU. Living in the Netherlands during internship (HEINEKEN does not facilitate housing).
