Job Description

As an Intern in  Account Services, depending on project assignment, you will support AM/SAM/ADs liaising with their international clients on global/regional projects, providing them with excellent service and care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the project lead in the execution of the operational project tasksOrganization & set-up of meetings (int/ext)Managing meeting minutes/contact reportsFollow-up on task advancement with the internal team membersWeekly check of the team’s timesheet reports and project burn report advancementSupporting testing/QA activitiesPowerPoint templatingAny other operational needs

QualificationsEducated to a degree level - ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway)Very good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken (B2/C1)Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, Project Management tools a plusManagement of priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentOrganizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a teamClient-oriented and inventiveGood communication skillsStrong attention to detailFlexibility and determination
