Job Description

The main task of Platform Portfolio Management (PPM) is the implementation and active steering of new technologies in worldwide tire production plants. We consider business impact related to product performance, tire component complexity and material costs to steer the technology portfolio and implement it according to optimum business scenarios.

 

In this exciting environment at our location in Hanover-Stöcken, we are offering a mandatory internship starting September 2025 (or at least October). For the best possible learning experience, the internship should have a duration of 6 months, A combination of voluntary and mandatory internships is feasible, with the mandatory part lasting at least 12 weeks.

This internship centers around supporting with project work and gaining professional experience working within interdisciplinary project teams and high complexity interface management environments. 

Tasks include:

Maintaining project documentationCollecting stakeholder requirements and expectationsGenerate documentation in preparation for decision meetingsProject work in an international environment with intensive use of MS Office-programs and Tableau

QualificationsStudents (m/f/diverse) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences or similar study programsExperience with common MS Office-tools requiredMS Excel Macro programming capabilities highly appreciatedExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plusFluent language skills in English, written and spokenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMindset to improve efficiency of processesGood networking capabilities with colleagues of diverse backgroundsAbility to comprehend technical topics and express them to colleagues outside of the field of expertise
