Step into the digital engine of luxury hospitality through an Information Technology Internship at Grand Hyatt Bali As an IT Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the hotel’s daily tech operations, from maintaining systems and devices to troubleshooting user issues and assisting with network and software management.

Your main mission? To support distinctive guest experiences by ensuring that our technology systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You’ll assist with setting up hardware, supporting hotel systems (PMS, POS, back office), managing user access, and documenting IT processes. You’ll also learn how tech plays a vital role in enhancing the guest journey—from behind-the-scenes support to front-end efficiency.
