Introduction
The role focusing on agile working and innovation management is to drive the implementation of agile working methods and help drive the further success of our Lean Six Sigma program. In addition, you will also focus on KPI reporting and administration supporting Clarity & projects council, and project-based topics. You will report to the Chief of Staff to the Fab 1 General Manager and Mgr Technical Project Management (Business Operations) in Dresden.
Your Job
You constantly use different communication channels to promote activities, programs, and results out of the Agile Master Mind Community as well as innovation projects, intending to encourage more innovative ideas on site
You actively participate in teams that drive project management culture improvement at the Dresden Site as well as globally
You will work as the sparring partner of our Lean Six Sigma Program owner from our department
You will be responsible for management KPI reporting, administration support of Clarity and projects council, project-based tasks
You are flexible and collaborate closely with other colleagues on the team or even cross department.
Required Qualifications
You are currently enrolled at a university and are studying business economics, innovation management, engineering or a similar subject.
You have basic understanding of project management.
You have open mindset and willing to learn.
You have great interpersonal skills, especially showing strong motivation and influencing skills as well as team facilitation.
You are fluent in written and verbal English language.
Preferred Qualifications
You have experience in the semiconductor business, and you understand the language and terms used in this industry.
Willingness to be present in the office regularly (hybrid work model)
Independent and efficient work from home is a matter of course for you

immediately
limited for at least 9 months, extension possible
15-20 hours during the lecture period, max. 40 hours during the semester break
