Assist cost analysis, simulations, and forecasting for various HR cost centers to support the development of the Business Plan 2025. Assist in Cross charging activitiesSupport C/HRR on overall Country Human Resource topics including but not limited to Learning and Development and ResourcingSupport Human Resource digitalization projects, including data migration and process documentation. Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities.Assist in creating engaging media content for recruitment, Human Resource events, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. This includes developing written content, sourcing compelling visuals, and ensuring alignment with C/HRR overall communication strategy.Projects:
