Additionally, you will take on general administrative tasks as required in day-to-day operations. This role offers you a comprehensive insight into the diverse areas of Human Resources. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field—preferably with a focus on Human Resources. You demonstrate a strong interest in HR topics and ideally have already gained initial practical experience. Your working style is independent, structured, and reliable.
