Job DescriptionBecome part of our agile team and look forward to discovering a modern working environment within an innovative company and actively helping to shape it. You will contribute to cutting-edge technologies, in a project focused on developing a TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) and SDN (Software-Defined Networking) showcase setup. This setup aims to highlight the transformative potential of these technologies in modern automotive E/E architectures.
During your internship you will support in defining suitable hardware for the demonstration setup and collaborate with team members to physically connect and configure the chosen hardware and software stacks to enable seamless communication and functionality.You will design and implement showcase applications that illustrate the unique capabilities and advantages of TSN and SDN technologies, emphasizing their innovative features. Furthermore, you will develop methodologies to measure and demonstrate the capabilities of TSN, focusing on innovative ways to showcase its advantages to potential clients.In close collaboration with Product Owners, HW and SW engineers, and other stakeholders, you will help understand the individual needs of OEMs and integrate these insights into the demonstrator setup.Finally, you will also keep an eye on current trends and developments to promote innovative solutions in communication solutions in the automotive sector and for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV).QualificationsStudies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Networking, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline with an embedded SW focusExperience and knowledge in networking (Ethernet, TSN) and in hardware-near programming (C/C++); knowledge of SDN and experience in automotive E/E-architectures is a plusYou can grasp complex issues quickly and manage your time effectively; your motivation and outgoing nature make you an excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent in English, German is a plusAdditional InformationStart: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
