Job purpose
The purpose of the project is to support the improvement of the production process of an industrial snack, through activities involving data collection and analysis, performance monitoring, and proposing improvement actions.
Key Accountabilities
+ Collect and analyze process data to evaluate production capability and identify areas for improvement.
+ Support the mapping of the production process, collaborating with internal departments (production, quality).
+ Contribute to the creation of reports and technical documentation to support the project.
+ Participate in cross-functional teams, proposing solutions based on the collected data.
Requirements
+ Master’s degree in Food Technology or related fields (Food Engineering, Chemistry).
+ Basic knowledge of statistics, data analysis capabilities
+ Good proficiency in Excel (preferably with experience in statistical software).
+ Curiosity, proactivity, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.
