You’ll be part of a dynamic Recruiting team focused on the Spanish Market, gaining valuable insights into HR operations and talent acquisition strategies. **Tasks & Responsibilities** • Learn and utilize various recruitment tools and systems to identify top talent. • Support administrative tasks such as interview scheduling and candidate management. • Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates. • Assist in job postings and communication with hiring managers. • Act as a point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the recruitment process. • Contribute ideas for process improvements and support other recruitment-related initiatives. **About our future Intern** We’re looking for motivated students or recent graduates who are passionate about HR and Recruiting and fluently speak Spanish and English (both spoken and written). **Additionally, we are looking for:** • Willingness to learn new skills and to take over the responsibility for the assigned tasks. • Good customer service skills and willingness to communicate with our stakeholders and candidates. • Availability for almost a full-time internship (flexibility possible) from the office at least 3 days per week. • Strong time management and prioritization skills. • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Reliable, discreet, and empathetic with a service-oriented mindset. • Team player with a proactive attitude. • Familiarity with MS Office and other Microsoft tools.
