To strengthen our HR Digitization Team, we are looking for interns (m/f/d) for a period of 6 months starting September 1st and October 15th 2025. HUGO BOSS offers an internship position in which exciting and challenging tasks can be taken on as a fully integrated team member.

 

What you can expect:

\n\tSupport, preparation and monitoring of HR Digitization projects such as the implementation of an employee onboarding tool and development of the global recruiting project\n\tAssumption of project management tasks, such as preparation of training documents, execution of system tests and preparation of test documentation\n\tParticipation in system trainings \n\tFirst level support for global admins for any system requests\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tYou have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a related field of study\n\tYou have strong analytical and communication skills\n\tYou are proficient in the use of common MS Office programs\n\tIn addition to IT affinity, you are characterized by a high level of comprehension and commitment\n\tYou have a very good command of written and spoken English and German \n
