We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern (m/f/d) to join our Global Retail Performance & Growth team for a 6-month period starting in March 2025.

What you can expect:
\n\tSupport the team in various projects and ad-hoc requests aimed at optimizing retail performance and uncovering new growth opportunities through data-driven insights.\n\tTake responsibility for your own work packages within a variety of performance and growth projects.\n\tDive deep into market, customer, and retail performance data to create compelling reports that keep top management informed.\n\tTrack and analyze global retail performance to develop targeted action plans for markets, enhancing retail KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.\n\tConduct market and trend research to pinpoint the latest retail innovation priorities, enhancing the overall in-store customer experience, including product personalization, hospitality offerings, and digital features.\n\tAssist in developing core, adjacent, and transformational growth strategies and decision-making documents for management.\n
Your profile:
\n\tRecent graduate or currently attaining Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent education.\n\tPrevious internship experience in corporate strategy departments, retail strategy or consulting is a plus.\n\tProficient skills in MS Office, with strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.\n\tProactivity and ability to work independently, with strong analytical, organizational, communication and time management skills.\n\tFluency in English is a must, high proficiency in German and further language skills a plus.\n\tOpen-minded approach to new topics.\n\tCollaborative with a focus on team success.\n\t \n\n\n
