Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience. **Your role and responsibilities** We are looking for motivated and tech-passionate individuals to: • Collaborate effectively with team members, both business and technical, to understand data-driven challenges and opportunities • Maintain a strong focus on learning, quality, and continuous improvement • Support the analysis and resolution of data inconsistencies and model performance issues • Assist in developing and experimenting with machine learning models and analytical solutions to improve insights and decision-making • Contribute to data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to enhance model performance • Help document technical requirements and support the development of data-driven solutions **Required technical and professional expertise** • Academic background in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and statistical modeling techniques through coursework or academic projects • Eagerness to learn and support technical teams in identifying and resolving data-related challenges • Understanding of data modeling concepts and database principles • Basic programming skills in SQL, Python, R or equivalent language for data analysis and model development • Interest in obtaining relevant certifications in data science, machine learning, or cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Agile mindset - willingness to learn, adapt to changing priorities, take initiative, and apply critical thinking One of the following: • Basic understanding of data governance principles and best practices • Exposure to data visualization and storytelling using analytical tools • Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning concepts and model deployment basics • Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data preprocessing techniques • Availability to travel is required IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
