Internship - Car Fleet Management (limited full-time)

What you’ll do 

Communicate with the leasing company and employees regarding company car processes, including:

Ordering and delivering new or pool cars Activating electric charging cards Extending leasing contracts Coordinating tire change campaigns

Prepare car handover protocols and ensure accurate archiving of vehicle documents

Update and maintain the Car Fleet report with details on new and pool cars

Prepare additional reports as needed

Compile data from the Home Office Days Report to assist with the Car Fleet payroll report

Monitor and report on ticketing support requests

Provide backup support to other team members as necessary

Contribute to projects and improvement initiative

 

What you bring 

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Business Administration or a related field

Strong interest in working in a global tech company and adapting to a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Reliable, well-organized, and a team player with a proactive attitude

Previous internship or student work experience is advantageous

Experience and interest in cars and leasing topics are advantageou
