Join us in our shared mission of opening the world through education.  Your Role This internship offers valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of an international education environment, with opportunities to contribute across different departments on campus. Whether supporting academic administration or helping coordinate student arrivals and accommodation, interns develop strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting. With real responsibilities and collaboration across teams, the role provides excellent experience in customer service, logistics, and cross-cultural engagement—making it an ideal stepping stone for those looking to build a career in education, operations, or international student services.  Responsibilities 

Academics

  Answers student queries  and gives advice as required. Manages timetabling by ensuring students are allocated to appropriate classes and considering special requests. Allocates classes to appropriate rooms and checks for any schedule conflicts. Liaises with teachers on a regular basis regarding class changes, distribution of registers, etc. Oversees student book distribution to classes and does regular stock count. Conducts stock counts of stationary, teacher supplies (e.g. board markers) and printed material (e.g. certificate paper) Responds to sales office enquiries relating to academic issues. Issues certificates for departing students checking their eligibility and ensures they are distributed before students leave. Assists with attendance monitoring. To comply with all health and safety regulations as directed by the Health and Safety Officer  

Transportation/Student Residence
